Petes boss has told him he cant have the time off for the trip as he is needed in the office which is crap cos the other supervisor is there and shes being a shitty bitch. Pete has now asked to not be supervisor anymore and go back onto tools as he is finding all the work to much. He is working 25hr shifts and then when he is at home he is exspected to work from home for nothing. Her reply to that was well dont know if you can do that .... as in no job.

Have a look at the European working time directive... Wink

Dave !!!!! Evil or Very Mad

We went for a ride last night ... he was on the DRZ ... coming home I seized the opportunity to overtake (had to be done ... doesn't happen often) ... managed to stay in the lead until we were almost home ... let my guard down round the corner and the bastid overtook me !!!! He's still gloating ... Evil or Very Mad

But, I've told him to sell the blade, the DR is much much more fair Very Happy

May have to cancel my holiday to the dom rep in July as my daughter has glandular fever and jaundice. She has had both for the last month or so and the doctor said she may not be well enough to travel. She has been told to rest but is doing her exams at the moment which the school have said that if she doesn't turn up for them, she'll have to re-sit them next year, even though she has a doctors note to say she is not fit enough to attend ! Evil or Very Mad

Sorry to hear both Pete & Fred's news. Crying or Very sad

Pete, sure there must be something you can do. Certainly doesn't sound legal - would speaking to the CAB be any use for starters?

Fred, sorry to hear your daughter's so ill. Hope she soon recovers.

Sandra, your news made me smile - I can just see Dave doing it! Very Happy

Just finished respraying my bike. Tidying up garage afterwards and one of the shelving units brakes... cue loads of tins, boxes, etc falling onto bike.......

Big dent in fuel tank, left hand fairing scratched and cracked, front mudguard cracked.

Anyone have a fairing set for a haybusa going cheap?

Oh no Sad I always thought there was some kind of dispensation for Glandular fever? Just a thought Fred, I'm sure there are exam resits available in the Autumn rather than having to do a whole year again... might be worth looking if she could book to retake them either at the school, or at another examination centre?
