just had a parcel line delivery van driver try to overtake me on a roundabout then drive as close to me as he could get, that's my first slightly unsettling experience on the road since i did my cbt, first of many now i should imagine .

been to the quacks suffering discomfort as the base of my spine ....turns out i have an infected area just to the rear of my poophole right on the base of my spine making sitting walking cirtually anyhting excruciatingly painful.......course of anti biotics an of that dont work surgery

Had a shitty day at work today. We were told we had to do a course with an exam at the end of it, not so bad, its over one and a half day with an exam at the end.

Except someone at work worked a deal (presumably) where we had to do it all in a day Evil or Very Mad

This meant being at work before 8am this morning so I got to work at 7.30am this morning and I only left after the exam at 6.45pm Evil or Very Mad

Its a good hour on the M25 to work and back too so I was up at silly o'clock this morning for this.

We were supposed to get course material a week in advance, I got it Monday afternoon giving me absolutely no time to read it for the course.

Talk about making it difficult to pass the exam!! The mock exam went fine so I thought it would be ok. Nope, the real exam was nothing like the mock and you really had to have memorised the course material to answer the sodding questions.

Not happy about this at all. At least its over with for now I guess.
