the ride this morning with wivvy ,wildman,and squeaks , they went down a really cool road , i went down the same road on my first run , and its got to be my best fun road so far ,but still got left behind  ,
but the moral of the story is i got home in one bit with a big grin from ear to ear

going shopping today with my little princess for somenew trainers, she spot's the bargin (£50 reduced to £30) when she pays, they turn out to be £20 instead, she was well happy,( and so was my wallet).....
