Yeah I do understand, me and my ex split last August and we had just bought a house together last February and been together for 10.5 years. After a while it does get easier believe me. I did not think that at the time, but now I realised it was the best thing that I had done....

and you are very welcome. If you need cheering up just holler Smile

Mercedes drivers, every single one of them seems to get in their car and remove any road sense that they may ever have been born with. Not funny when you have to ride around Knightsbridge where everybody seems to have a big shiny one. On the bright side I've just had a great run home up the A1. Fantastic weather and not much else on the road except a Duke that left me for dead at Baldock, I wasn't hanging about and he just disappeared into the distance, fantastic. Didn't see a cop either, now that makes a nice change. Obviously at 7am on a Sunday morning they're all drinking tea and eating doughnuts, not complaining though.

Arai Quantum F lids, mine just broke. The bit of plastic that covers where the visor clips in has just sheered off and is now somewhere on the A1. I'd only had it 8 months and now I'm left with a visor that flaps around at anything over 30 mph. Anyone know where I can get a cheap lid made by anybody but Arai?

Been there, done that. Thanks for the suggestion, it was enough to get me home, but with a load of tape on my helmet I look like a complete nobber. Even more so than usual.
