I nearly had the same thing from a bus the other day...
I think survival instinct cut in...I kinda looked at the bus and sat there as it approached the lights...the car to my right took off...and had to slam on it's brakes to avoid a t-bone with the bus.
Don't bus drivers have to take...like...some special driving test or something before they're allowed to drive a bus?
What's made me smile...
Relief at the fact that I'm home safe in one piece after riding back from boxhill in the pissing rain last night with my mate Alex on the back of the bike. I'm aching, but feeling slightly proud of myself for how I was handling the bike and pillion in the weather. I was so wired when I got home...it took me a large glass of port, 2 joints and 4 hours before I could relax enough to sleep.
I paid the taxi fare for Alex to go the last couple of miles to his place...while we were waiting for his taxi, another taxi with 3 chavs in it pulls up...guy in the front opens the door an tells us if we're still there when they get out they'll do us over.
