How can a manager be given that amount of money during his time there and not take the club that much further on and still have to rely on TWO players, 'cos without them they can't win nuffink |

A Ha. You need to ask if the manager actually bought players that he wanted, or was he told to buy them? You can buy the worlds best players, but getting them to play as a unit, is a different ball game completely. Rumour has it that Avram Grant, a good griend of Roman is going to be announced as the new manager. Yeap, good point, the same thing is happening at the mighty spurs. Martin Jol is being told who he is geting and is having little say in it, look at Darren Bent, a stupid amount of money for a player that Jol didn't want. which is why he is not playing him. |
