Yes'day afternoon.

Rode my bike for the first time. Very Happy

Went with Robert for a 20 mile ride - it was scary!

Barbeque yesterday afternoon with some friends from college I hadn't seen for 4-5 years.

Had a great time!

Though it was a little disconcerting when Dan got hold of the guitar...him and Joey started singing songs about gay rape. Shocked

Funny though, they were both singing different words. A break through in the music industry, "pick your song." Laughing

I've received a form (Driver/ Witness Statement) from Thames Valley Police to complete re my collision. One of the questions is:

When did the accident first come to your notice?

Before impact, After impact, On impact. What drew your attention to it?

Realising it's bank holiday weekend coming up, the weather forecast is good and I have no plans to go anywhere or do anything.

Finally I can get out on the bike and enjoy some of this great weather we've had recently.

Once I realised there was a car on top of my bike, on top of me!!

The piece of metal through my leg and blood filling my lungs, stopping my breathing somewhat...

Getting stopped by Polegate Traffic Police in their unmarked Skoda for doing slightly over the speed limit on a dual carriageway, on the Pan.
After the usual lecture Rolling Eyes and my apology ,sent on my way, as he said my road positioning apparently was spot on Wink

Thanks to Matt,Martyn, and James for that Cool
