Went to Alton to visit Twostrokes (remember him? He said hello) and was very pleased to see how he's getting much more like the old Twostrokes I knew before his off. His arm's still not working properly but some nerves in his arm doing things where they weren't before, so progress has not stopped, and he's much more like his usual cheerful self - he even had a very short pillion ride on a trike, courtesy of a rider from lb who also came along to visit, which is something I wasn't expecting to see. |

We'll keep a particular eye out for your picture, ardee - did you pose artfully in front of any of the photographers or did you run and hide whenever they came near? |

A workmate tried to print a report on a dot-matrix printer which was about forty feet away from the pc. When he failed, he just clicked on 'print' again and walked over to the printer. After a few minutes he was getting mad. I strolled past to make a cup of tea and while my tea was brewing I glanced at the printer. Someone had put it on pause, so I helped the workmate out and pressed the button. A wicked moment entered my brain, so I rushed back to the pc and selected 'print' a few times. Poor bloke started to panic as the reports came out as he has not been shown how to cancel them or reset the printer ! _________________ It's all down to quality of life ! |
