Been through it myself and its not that bad, but it is very nerve racking waiting to be seen and then standing up in front of three magistrates all looking down at you... | Thanks for support.
Managed to get caught on scamera 4 times within 12 months... (3 in car, 1 on bike)
Each time in the middle of night (or near enough), with no traffic, no pedestrians around, all in 30s... And I am not talking doing a ton here, it was more like 48, 43, 42 and 38!! I know I was breaking the LAW but it is very frustrating... I guess, that's what you get for using your common sense and adapting your speed to circumstances!
If I'm honest, I'm scared shitless but it will have to happen, so better get on with it... |
OOps and ouch as Wildman says, you will get the statuary 6 month ban under the totting up procedure for getting 12 points or over!
I had the same thing though I got caught twice by a scamera in the middle of the night with no traffic like you, and once by being pulled over by a speedy cop which gave me the final blow
You could try getting a letter from your employer etc, but it does not always work as I personally tried this myself but it failed and I got the ban for 6 months! |

Something to consider when you go is to use Public Transport, as I've heard (someone who knows please confirm this) that any ban received is with immediate effect, So don't get caught out by riding/driving home from court. (I've also heard that some coppers will wait by courthouses looking for people doing just that) _________________

Roundabout, lane discipline, lack of indication and some fecking blonde bimbo shaking her head at me because I hit the horn.
You what? Scuse me honey, I know ya bigger than me, heavier than me an more solid than me, but that don't invalidate yer highway code. Did yer pass yer driving test? Heard of a theory exam?
Oh me fkn lord...Shame bikes don't come with a side sheath for an ally baseball bat...
Rant over.

Some twat of a client bitching because he hasn't received a shipment on the date he requested it to arrive. His request was 30th September, he only placed the order on 30th september.
He expects the factory to manufacture the parts and deliver them from across the globe within a matter of hours? Twerp. He didn't even get the data on the order correct, and then also bitches because instead of going back telling him the status of transit, I ask him for the correct information.
Anyway, included my latest reply to him. Unfortunately I have to be nice to these people.

Thank you for amending the price per DBC.
I think you mean I still haven't answered your original request asking where the shipment is. As I am sure you are aware, the lead time on this part is 2-4 weeks. You may have requested a delivery date of 30th September, however as previously mentioned this is the date you placed the order.
It is unrealistic to expect a delivery of parts within hours of order placement.
The delivery is scheduled for 18th October, this is 18 days after order placement. I am sure you will agree that, as the lead time states 14 to 28 days, this is a very reasonable schedule date.
<name>, would you mind informing myself and <name> as to what stage of production these parts are in?
Many Thanks
