Simon's mum & sister were on BBC 1 London news @ 6.30... and apparently the home office are looking to deport him, that is if they can find him wonder if that would have been the reaction had it not been reported on the TV and in a newspaper... _________________

When I did mine I got on the last course that included a practical as well as a theoretical. I got a one on one with the instructor too coz I was the only bike on the scheme. Apparently t'was the guy who developed the original course, retired police blokey. Think his name was Graham, but don't quote me on that. |

And somewhat delayed, my rant about the weekend. You guys got a few hours?
The guy my girlfriend is living with gave her a months notice last week, which was fine. Saturday evening he turns round and says he wants her out in the morning, so I arrange to go up there and help her pack up etc, which he agreed to.
Sunday morning, I'm having my coffee before hopping on the bike to go help the girl pack up. I get a phone call, he's decided to throw a hissy fit, told her she can't be there during the day, can come back at 5pm to pack up and move out. When she tried to talk him round to letting her pack up stuff that morning, he threatened to dump her stuff on driveway and violently remove her from the house.
So I arrive at this guys house, she's waiting outside on the driveway with her bike. She's fine, a bit shaken and a lot pissed off. We go down to boxhill for the day to loiter while we wait for the evening to come round. On the way down to boxhill, where the 50 zone opens into a dual carriageway and becomes a national, taxi in front of me begins to pull over then decides, "No, I'm going to very slowly overtake this car!" I'd already begun to roll open the throttle, so instead of grabbing the front brake I closed the throttle and zig zagged a bit.
The twerp got it into his head I was trying to undertake him, shouted abuse at me out of his window as I went passed (admittedly at this point I gave him a back handed wave), and he then tailgated Tania all the way down the dual carriageway and into the car park, stopping a few inches from her bike. At this point he proceeded to climb out of his nice, big, safe, secure minibus and walk towards me yet again shouting abuse. Another bad, hot headed move on my part was to turn round and scream right back at him. He was shouting something about, "F**king bikers trying to f**king undertake," to which my response was, and I quote, "If I was trying to f**king undertake you, I'd have f**king undertaken you, you twat." At this point he decided that being in his leaving the carpark in his 14 seater was a better option and threatened to report me to the police...for what?
Funny thing, one of the guys in the car park says to me, "I see you've made a new friend." I says to him, "Nah, he's my new loverboy. He's jus' pissed off because I didn't make him breakfast in bed this mornin'." Tickled me...
And then Tania noticed a screw in my back tyre, it had punctured and didn't seem to be slow. I called out the AA, he arrived half hour before they said he was due, which was nice. External plug put in the tyre, great. The screw was 3 inches long.
While having a tea (no sugar for those of you that care), I made a quick phone call. The guy Tania had been renting with hasn't paid tax on his business for 8 years, I'd hate to see anything happen to him for that.
That afternoon, Tania receives a text message saying that it'll now be 6pm and that when he gets home he'll have a shower then leave to walk the dog. He'll be gone from 6pm-7pm and she is to get in the house, pack up her stuff and be gone before he gets back. Ok, fine...should be possible as I'll be helping her pack.
5:30pm comes round, he changes it to 6:30pm. We decide to move from Boxhill to a pub nearer to his place in Wandsworth. On the way there, I'm filtering past traffic and have to pull in to a gap in the traffic to allow oncoming traffic to pass. So happens that some old biddy was slowly creeping out of there before I'd pulled in, but she'd stopped as well because of the oncoming traffic. I tooted my horn as the traffic opened up again to let her know I was there, she looked round so I figured she'd seen me. And then she pulls forward into my front forks.
I was stationary and still had one foot on the ground, so the bike didn't go over. I was so pissed off with the old coot (who gave me a dirty look when she opened those blind eyes of hers and saw me) I just gave the finger and rode off. Unfortunately when I caught up with Tania, I was still livid. Tania turned round and smiled at me which earnt her the undeserving benefit of me screaming incoherently inside my lid, waving my arms in the air then flipping her off as well. We carried on for a few yards, found a parking bay and pulled over. I apologised, we checked the bike over and then walked to a pub.
So we're at the pub waiting for a text from this guy she's renting with to come in, 6:30 rolls round and we get a text. He's now saying it'll be 6:45. 6:45 comes and goes, at 6:50 he says it won't be happening, that she isn't allowed in the house that night, that she can do it on Monday, use a taxi to get the stuff out and that no one is to come with her. I told her ignroe it and go to the house, he isn't to know we weren't already on the way.
So we get there, he's not in. We text him saying we're there and asking where he is. He tells us he's in notting hill, which is funny because he also said he'd be watching when we were in the house, just that we wouldn't be able to see him. I think he's deranged...
He's still being an arse about things, saying he'll do us for breaking and entering if we go into the house to pack up Tania's stuff and leave, so I call the police (non-emergency number). Police got there in a riot van about 10 minutes before he did, talked it all through. When James turned up he was nice as pie, said Tania going in and packing was fine but I had to stay outside. So, one cop inside, one cop outside (until he got cold and went inside to supervise). Friend shows up with a car to put Tania's stuff in, so I load that up as they bring stuff out. All is going fine, we've got the car loaded and are now discussing the route to take to where she'll stay for the next two weeks while she looks for somewhere. The police have said they'll stay in the riot van until we've left just to make sure nothing kicks off. As soon as the police got in the riot van though, James started getting more and more arsey, throwing stuff Tania wasn't taking with her out onto the front garden, breaking things...you get the idea.
But hey, it's all good. We're about to leave, or so we thought. A jeep comes along the road, and then starts reversing up to park next to where mine and Tania's bikes are parked. He's reversing, slowly, a little bit at a time. Just that bit more, just that bit more. I'm craning my head to watch, the police are watching in semi-disbelief as he reverses closer and closer to my bike in front of their van.
~Crunch~
I scream "Oi" at the top of my lungs and start walking over, police get out of the van. First words out of the guys mouth were, "I am SO sorry." It helped, it's only a word, but it helped. By that point my day had been so fucked up I couldn't be arsed to give a flying stuffed donkey about it...He'd said sorry, the police had seen it...what was he going to do? Details exchanged, he said that if the damage was less than £200 he'd pay it himself instead of going the insurance route because it'd make it easier for me.
Turns out he commutes to work daily on a Ducati ST1, and the insurance was under his wifes name and he was named rider. Oops...
He went into the house to get pen and paper, write down his details etc, he said that when he left the mrs asked where he was going. When he explained to her and turned to leave, the only word she spoke was, "Cock."
He helped me patch up my bike as best we could and he's been an ace bloke as far as sorting out cash etc has been concerned. Already wired me the money for it, so I really don't hold it against him. Seems so trivial after the rest of it...
You'd think that'd be the end of it? But no...Monday morning comes round and Tania receives a text messages from her beloved house mate. He's threatening her and her bike with physical violence, saying that it won't be him but she should watch her back. She took that down the police station later that day, also has had her post redirected.
Unfortunately she got a parcel delivery on Monday. James sent her a text to tell her about it. He was suddenly being very nice and cooperative, saying that she could come pick it up anytime and that he just wanted things to go back to when they were friends and could have fun. Funny thing is he was ranting to her ex-boyfriend about it (they've never liked eachother) saying that he wanted to confront Tania. The ex sent me a facebook message with the entire text message conversation and spoke to Tania on the phone about it. Told Tania if she wants to get the parcels, fine, but do it in a public place, not the house, and take a few guys with her. When she said to James she would do it at a park and a friend would be with her, he threw a strop wanting to know why she wouldn't come alone and to the house.....Riiiight. F**king twat must think we're stupid.
Tania's decided she doesn't give a rats arse about the parcels, they're worth £15 in total. She's not fussed about £15, he can keep them. As for the rest of it, well...the police know everything he's been doing.
Hows that for a Sunday? |

I think I preferred my Sunday
Hope everything get's sorted, and as for the exflatmate/landlord, he is clearly missing a screw or several, so you best to avoid him in all ways and he will hopefully eventually bore of it. _________________

Don't want to trade then?
And I'm well aware he's missing a few screws, fully intend on staying clear and keeping Tania clear. |

Ta for that, it's similar to what my mother said.
Maybe I could start a new motorcyle soap program? |
