I thought about it but I really didn't have time, had to meet Kate for lunch, she had a 3 hour break between her training and her road ride (what training and road ride I hear you ask... Laughing(
Any chance you could accidenly delete her BHF account and ban all future access?!)) Very Happy

Managing to remove the completely rounded out rear caliper brake pins on Sat night & new pins & pads in ready for bedding in on Sun morning ride - whoohoo.
Gorgeous ride to box, then down to Bury Hill & beyond - 150 mile round trip -excellent
Developing a misfire on cylinder 3 on the way back - not so good.
Finding out it was only a loose coil wire & sorting it ready for this morning again- chuffed

Hoping I can scrape the pennies together to go to Japan next year... Pray

Plan is - Japanese round of the MotoGP, plus hiring a bike to do some touring Cool Kneedown Pan rider . Need to check out some details, but have a friend who's a native so hopefully can get all the information needed - i.e. get her to negotiate with bike hire company's etc etc... Other factors such as the strength of the Yen might make it cost prohibitive though Sad

My exercise regime that I have been sticking to for the last couple of months came to an abrupt end 3 weeks ago due to picking up an injury. (and going on holiday Guinness)

Now recovered I'm starting it back up again and to ease into it a did a 'shorter than I normally would' 3 mile run today. I was expecting it to be a killer having done bugger all for 3 weeks but I actually found it OK. And the time it took me wasn't much more than the pace i had been doing before Cool Very Happy: I was pleasantly surprised

Bet I fcuking ache tomorrow though!!!!!!!!!

Who cancelled?

Did he chicken out at the last minute? Or did she run when it came to walking the aisle?

I went to a team lunch and we were discussing fitness. One of the secretaries in my team is a lovely girl from Dublin. She said 'ooh I can't run too much as it makes my uncles hurt'. Confused I thought why do your Uncles hurt? Then I realised she meant ankles! Laughing
