plus getting a PM about my dinner tomorrow night (which is not with anyone from the forum). That also made me smile. |
You could always p/ex your porsche and keep the blade.... |

As an ex-porsche driver I resent that. I also know it's the best advice I could give you |

Last night Mrs M told showed me a letter to her from work. In this economic climate I was thinking the worst. But, She has just been promoted, for the second year running. And she has a pretty good pay rise to go with it.
She is now officially 'management' as apposed to supervisor level. Not bad for someone who started work there as a PA.
If my promotion doesn't come off, which i find out for definate next week, then I am seriously considering going part time so she can go full time. We'd be better off. |

Saving £63.00 on my insurance premium.
Cut a long story short....
Got quote from Carole Nash. £329. inclusive. Phoned Post Office and got a quote of £228 inclusive but without breakdown/recovery. Rang Carole Nash, "Got a quote that is £100 cheaper but without recovery" Their responce "no probs how does £266 sound" This is with the same insurance company as origninal quote and no change to excess, legal cover or anything else.
Why could'nt they offer that price in the first place....
I know.....because some mugs going to pay it. |
