Unfortunately there is no "hidden" pot of gold for anyone on benefits, it is a common misconception that "immigrants" are treated more favourably than the indigenous population. This is often because the media will highlight stories of the accommodation costs paid to those families in private accommodation, the only winners are the Landlords who are trousering the taxpayers money by way of "rent".

What's pissed me off... Feckin gert big screw in my back tyre grrr. So tomorrow mornings mission is to whip the wheel out before breakfast and see if I can drop it off somewhere before work for a new tyre.. Repair is not worth it as it's 9 tenths shagged out anyway.

Spent the whole morning rounding up feral goats on my own (normally takes 7 people). got them all ready for worming and foot trimming then my boss says "sorry couldn't get the wormer need it prescribed". If he'd have told me yesterday i could have got it at trade price. What is the point of hiring a vet nurse if your not gonna use my skills. BLOODY KCC sheep Cry baby

And so as not to disappoint... they asked me what time tomorrow I would be picking up the wheel... Ermmm no... I was told on the phone you could do it on loose wheel while I waited, if I have to wait until tomorrow I will be taking it elsewhere... what a w***er

Anyway, needless to say, I now have the tyre...

Sorry no I didn't as I can't get to your place and back in a lunchtime; which was the criteria for this occassion... SWMBO has the car tomorrow so really needed it done lunchtime today to avoid having to feckin taxi her to Dorking and back tomorrow etc etc.

Still... got the bits to do the firestorm forks so should have those done next couple of days (subject to paint drying etc)... next job up after that is the DR250 (oil change & MoT) and CB1300, fork TLC, new battery & MoT... after all that... I might.... just might have all my bikes on the road at one time... which would be a first Laughing

There's a Wimpy in Croydon, I love their Spicey Bean burgers but not so keen on the Big Benders.

Unfortunately he is a bit far from Box but I can't believe I actually found somewhere that doesn't require a second mortgage to have a service done at.
