FWIW - I got into the company I'm in now as a temp and kept my eye on the company intranet for any perm Jobs that came up.

The fact that you are temping while looking for a perm position says a lot about you that employers will appreciate and if you do a good job the agency Temp agency will want to use you again if they can.

However, don't trust the agency you are temping with to find you a Perm spot as you are already earning them money as a temp and its not in their interest fro you to go permanent.

Trick is - Temp for a couple of agencies and use a couple of others to find permanent work. Smile Lots of agencies in Redhill you can play off each other Smile
