Someone crashed into my mum's car whilst she was driving my daughter to her dad's house. Thank god neither of them hurt. Car in a bad way tho. And I feel guilty coz she was only doing it to help me out while I worked late...

Thanks Jo - they are all fine so far - am watching for headaches at the moment. Have taken tomorrow off to sort out insurance and hire car for her. Was a domino accident - 2 other cars but into the front wing/wheel, not the back end. mum at the end of the chain, so no others to claim from her at least.

Glad all are ok, butr as said, wise to keep an eye on em!
By 'end of the chain' I'm assuming your mum was at the front of chain and vehicle(s) collided into her?
Hope all goes well and she gets a nice luxurious hire car on the other peoples insurance whilst hers gets a good makeover.
