Leaving the works xmas party in kingston and finding that i've been given a parking ticket Mad Whats really pissed me off is that where i'd parked is where i work. Arrrghh!

Only parked there as my usual work space gets locked up at night and where i'd parked it was still on site. Penalty charge notice said i was parked without a permit, to this i say:

1) Bikes at work aren't required to have staff parking permits.
2) Plenty of staff bikes park there during the day without getting charged.
3) If i had a permit where would i put it without it getting nicked.
4) Parked there during last years xmas party and had no problem.

Now have to go into work on Monday (my day off Evil or Very Mad ) and sort it out.

There's loads of black ice out there, seen a couple of accidents today and one bike go down. Could be a blessing that you couldn't get it out!
