Had great fun in the fog last night round the country lanes near my house ... the Audi Quattro I'm 'borrowing' right now doesn't arf stick to the road ... luckily for me ... knew that hairpin bend was there somewhere

customers who dont understand english, basically get a customer going off on one about a part they broke not just any part but a substantial metal casting which incidently has no part number as its not a service item, so explain to said customer that as part is not a service item and they damaged it the best we can do is get someone to try and find a part number or a casting(by stealing it from another machine) which would now be chargeable, to which the customer repied will it be fixed today, and could not comprehend that the part is not available grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

if thats aimed at me which I'm sure it is
1. the only message I had was that you MIGHT be putting in a appearance
2. It had got to 5 O'clock
3. I had the car that day so needed to get home to find a parking space
4. I have a telephone that could have been rung before hand to see if I was there
5. I do as many favours to people as I can but I do have a life outside of this place and as sorry as I am that I missed you I truly hope you are not trying to have a serious dig as I'm sure a fallout what not benefit anyone!
as for the kick in the knackers make it a good 'un cos it's the only one I allow for free
