Like Sales calls, ex-gf / wife / husband calls, calls from std clinics etc.

Judging by the Texts and PMs recieved, I caught a lot more people out than would care to admit it. and I know of a few sceptics that were
converted to believers.

Love you guys ! x

Despite telling myself I am fine to ride, the 3 miles to Sainsburys and back revealed the truth. First I emmerged into the path of an unseen car. Then I failed to observe a car stop in front of me. Neither incident was particually close but it showed what a little pain and discomfort can do to observational/survival skills Sad

If you are overly concerned about near misses, I would recommend extra traing with IAM or ROPSA. The training does not impart immunity to accidents but gives you some useful tools to improve your chances.

Advice was noted and appreciated. Sitting doing sweet FA was pain free so I decided to give myself a little test before Wivy's ride. However sitting on a bike was not comfortable.

Going to work this morning on my day off to catch up on paperwork Rolling Eyes and I didn't even scratch the surface of what I wanted to do.
I can't wait until this 12 month training/probation period is over

Mind you, it wasn't all free, I rescheduled the day off to another day of my choice. 4 hours in for 8 hours off, i'm not working morning after we get back from France now Laughing
