Spending the night in an hotel that provides no soap or shower gel.
Having to go to an Aldi to buy some shower gel.
Spilling a pint of diet coke over one of three shirts for a four night break.
Coolant leaking from the bike just before the start of a (for me) 800 mile weekend. Hopefully just expansion leakage (thx Biggus).

Othe than those silly irritations, all is well. Very Happy

WPMOT the enormous waste of resources being poured into evicting pikey scum from Dale farm in Essex, they claim to be "travellers" so why are they protesting when they are being asked to "travel" on? FFS.

Bet they pay no tax yet they are quite prepared to make use of the nhs, and waste court, council and police resources by digging their heels in.

spnet over an hour on the phone trying to sort out insurance for the 14 and eventually got a great deal with swinton £85 fully comp with all the extras like legal cover , breakdown blah blah blah only to realise i shoulda done the road tax first...now gotta go to a local branch and collect a copy of the cert so i can go to the post office to get the tax ...do it online i hear you screaming ...yeah i normally would but having changed providers it hasnt registered in the online database yet Twisted Evil
what normally takes 5 minutes online to sort both will end up taking over half a day and a lot of pissing around with traffic in the car Twisted Evil
lesson well learnt methinks
