lol photographer did say something about "and women" but tbh i couldn't care less! was surprised by the amout of attention it attracted, given the number of unusual / modified bikes that were out to play.

i am determined to get more experience this week on the bike,
instead of feeling sorry for myself for not get any better,
riding it once a fortnight was not getting me anywhere,
so this weeks plans are, worthing, margate, dover, hastings, and hopefully isle of white! not in the same day of course!
any other routes are considered! Laughing

so come rain or shine i will be out there on it (inbetween the school hours)

and hubby back on the road so i wont get as lost! Laughing

so thats what made me smile today Very Happy

Well the good news is I do not have Angina, unstable or otherwise. The bad news is that I probably have, a previously undiagnosed, long term reflux oesophagitis, a small hiatus hernia and a gluten intolerance.

Apparently I am not fat, just bloated. Very Happy

My BP is 110/70 and my resting hearbeat was 56. I have also been asked to see my cardiologist to reduce quantum of heart irregularity drugs.

Who knows I may even be able to drink again.

2 Thumbs up

And to control the rest, I am sure J can alter her wonderful cooking to accommodate you Wink However, no more eccles cakes at Ryka's...
