| The fact that if it's not raining then it's bloody freezing! And the fact when I looked outside my house and saw some lovely dry roads, 2miles up the road there was snow in the gutters! |

The roads around here are covered in slush so I'm not even going to attempt to go anywhere. _________________

what pissed me off yesterday was finding out that b1200's are not supposed to have a dj kit fitted to them and who ever did has now fooked up the fueling good and proper
oh and the worse thing was finding out its a restricted jap import so in 3,4 and 5th gears it wont go above 7000rpm and wont go above 112mph |

That's a fucker Matt, I take it Alf's didn't mention any of this - typical
I wish I could've told you that when Glen had it but he never rode the bloody thing above 40mph anyway, we didn't know it either.
Perhaps out of goodwill Alf's could do you a deal on the de-restriction unit.
________
I am mightily pissed off at Oberon Engineering. They are the most useless company I have ever dealt with at work and now I have tried to fit their parts I will never buy from them again.
The reservoir cap came with 2 lovely shiny allen bolts. Shame they are about 2mm too big for the original holes, back in go the original rusted bolts.
Bar ends - well not Oberon's fault but I can't even get the feckin originals out, feels like they're welded in with an entire tube of loctite.
Frame plugs - One doesnt even fit into the the bloody frame hole and the other doesn't fit flush when tightened up.
Footpegs - after ripping the originals off, I left the feckin fitting kit at work as we had one in stock. Forgot to take the bloody thing off the shelf.
To finish off my complaint at Oberon, the dappy bimbo that works the phones doesn't know a motorcycle from a Vauxhall Nova. My Zed became a Suzuki Z1000 and she forgot what year it was twice and kept phoning back. She calculated the cost at £95 and the invoice came through as £76 (it's a plus I suppose). She couldnt find 2 products on the computer and had to phone me back with a price. I wanted a bar clamp and the engine discs. She came back and gave me the price of both for a GSX1400
Was so much easier when Craig had the footpegs in stock for my CBR and they went on in 15 minutes.
Also the red is wierd. The frame plugs are a lovely vibrant red yet the reservoir cap is a shitty dull crimson.
Bollox to it, I'm going for a ride. _________________ Fish are friends, not food |

My mum's sister came round with her son and daughter (my younger cousins) and I can't escape on my bike because of the damn snow on the roads. _________________

| Staying at home and watching my wife Lisa still hobbling about 2 weeks after an op. How do people stay indoors all day. I'm going stir crazy. If I can get her tuck'd up for an afternoon nap might go for a quick blast on the bike. |

My mate had her drink spiked with Rohypnol on Saturday night... tis not funny luckily she got away from the blokes who did it, but spent the night in hospital as a result _________________

I don't actually find rape funny. Many moons ago a I beat a bloke senseless for having ago at my mrs. It was before we got married which is more years than I care to remember. But I hope it makes him think twice before he tries it on again with other wimmin'.. |

Yeah shes ok now, rang her up yesterday. But she's very shaken by it all lucky her friends were on the ball and got her sorted. But it's all the follow up stuff like police statements etc which drag out the trauma of it all. _________________
