Bought one of those "Moto Boy" things from Hein-Gericke at the weekend - kinda flat platform on castors you put the bike on so you can wheel it around in any direction in the garage...

...problem is, the centre stand doesn't go down far enough with that extra inch between it and the ground - which meant much huffing, puffing and straining to get the beemer on to it...

...and now the weather's looking good the unexpected weekend exercise has done something to my fecking hip so I can't bend it properly so riding the bike is out for a few days Sad

...and worse, it's my left hip and my car's an automatic so I can't skive off work Sad

Walked out of work at mid-day. I still have a job but I feel really crap. I'm treated like shit working for this bunch of chauvenistic apes. I never knew that stress could make you feel so poorly Crying or Very sad

Things won't get better, I've tried to talk to the boss loads of times but he ignores me. I went back at 5:30 today as it gets quieter then. As I pulled up he was out the front and smiled at me so I thought oh goody we'll sort things out. I went inside and he disappeared and one of the other guys working there said he had gone to bed (he lives above the shop) suffering from stress overload Confused

I don't know what to do. This is all I've ever wanted to do and it's not fair because things keep messing up. I have worked so hard and have done really well and I've only been there for 2 weeks yet I feel like an invisible piece of shit.

Got a guy working there from a bike shop that went tits up and he cocks everything up big time, yet he's god.

No-one talks to me, everyone ignores me, no-one tells me what I should do and people shout at me when I ask a question.

I've been offered another job part time in a bike shop locally for 3 days a week. Because it's local I could fill in the other days with something mundane like till work at tesco, it's all local so I guess I won't get really tired. I will see how things go this weekend at work and make my mind up Sunday. I am certainly not going to make myself ill working 24/7 in a job that has an atmosphere worse than a chinese stand off.

Sorry for being so depressive just needed to let it all out Wink

Sound advice Faulksie (see, we do take note of what you say). Yeah, we spend too much time at work to be unhappy in it, and being depressed does make you physically ill.

Find something else Zed. Poor but happy I say, but rich and happy is much better!
