To answer your question Capt, it was a combination of things - my new tyres only had about 50miles on them, they hadn't warmed up enough (it was soon after we left Horam) and I think when I accelerated after passing a car, the edge of my rear tyre was still on the white line.

I'm relying on Bonus & RoadRunner's impressions, as I haven't seen the video, but it appears that the rear slides then grips throwing the front in to a lock-to-lock slapper which tips me up out of the seat momentarily.

Scary stuff, but at least it stayed upright ... with me still on it Cool
