Brought a new fence panel today to replace a broken one. It's only a little 3ft one, I was expecting about a tenner. Went to the fence place, cost of a small 3ft panel £14.50.
While I was in the office I looked at the price list and saw that a 6ft one is £17.50. For twice the size.
How the fcuk does that work then |

Although the panel is shorter, it still takes as much putting together.
So the biggest part of the cost is labour for construction. |

surely 10 slats takes half the time to nail together as 20 slats of wood
( thats Slats not sluts .....they only take nailing one at a time ) |
